OUR PURPOSE
Prática's purpose is to help its customers prepare high-quality food without waste. This purpose, which is also a commitment, unfolds in three complementary dimensions: well-being, productivity, and preservation.
WELL-BEING
The first one, well-being, is related to the individual, the one who consumes the food prepared using Prática’s equipment and solutions. People’s well-being is, for the most part, the result of providing a healthy and nutritious diet to our biological machine, restricting the excess of elements that may be harmful to our bodies. Well-being is also reflected through moments of sensory pleasure and socialization, where cuisine is a fundamental element in virtually all cultures. Our solutions and equipment favor the preservation of nutrients, reduce the use of oil, and enhance colors, textures, and flavors, providing people with a more pleasurable eating experience. Nutrition and cooking, science and art: these are elements that will find support in the technology we provide.
PRODUCTIVITY
The increased productivity and performance provided by our solutions and equipment has a direct impact on customer results and the profitability of their businesses. Better use of labor, reduction of preparation times, reduction of food waste, in addition to water and energy savings are determining factors for a more efficient and profitable food-making operation. PRESERVATION
The preservation of the planet for other species and future generations is imperative for all of us, human beings, both personally and institutionally. Much of humanity’s impact on the environment is due to the food needs of billions of people. Agriculture and livestock are the human activities that demand the most from areas where forests and other natural environments were originally located. On the other hand, more and more food are prepared in restaurants, industrial kitchens, hotels, schools, hospitals, bakeries, and other similar establishments that we serve. Therefore, by helping reduce waste, we are doing our part in limiting the harmful impact of human activity on nature.
